I have the training and the know how...We get caught up in life and it's grid to were we become very complacant in life...it is good for everyone to go experience this...for at least three straight months of their life...living in a tent and off the grid...no power or running water...to bills .... living off the land and eating what you catch or forage...it is very therapeutic and a humbling experience...don't give your money to a phsycologist to figure out your problems...Just drop out of everything and down to the basics and go live life with no pressure...you will figure out the problems are mostly bogus and can be dealth with......Ciao Regards.
